MAC AND CHEESE



 Mac and Cheese


Ingredients:


2 cups elbow macaroni


2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


1 cup milk


2 tbsp butter


1 tbsp flour


½ tsp salt


½ tsp black pepper


Instructions:


1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.


2. In a pan, melt butter, add flour, and stir for 1 minute.


3. Slowly add milk while stirring until thick.


4. Add cheese, salt, and pepper, stirring until melted.


5. Mix with cooked macaroni and serve hot.
