Easy Air Fried Pinwheels with Pastrami and Cheese

🧄 Ingredients:
1 sheet store-bought puff pastry (thawed)
2–3 tablespoons samoosa dip or sweet chili sauce
3 slices of chopped chicken, pastrami, or spiced beef
¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
2 sprigs chopped spring onion

🔪 Instructions:
1. Roll out the puff pastry on the plastic wrap it comes with.
2. Spread the sauce evenly over the pastry.
3. Top with chopped meat, cheese, and spring onions.
4. Roll the pastry tightly from the bottom up to form a log.
5. Gently press to seal the edges.
6. Freeze the roll for 10 minutes to firm it up for easier slicing.
7. Slice into 3–4 cm thick pinwheels.
8. Place them in the air fryer basket.
9. Air fry at 175°C (350°F) for 6–8 minutes, or until golden brown.
10. Serve hot and enjoy!
