Creamy Mango & Oat Morning Energy Smoothie


Ingredients:


1 cup frozen mango chunks


1/2 cup rolled oats


1/2 banana


1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like almond or oat milk)


1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)


1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)


1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)


Directions:


Place oats in a blender and pulse a few times to break them down.


Add mango, banana, milk, yogurt, honey (if using), cinnamon, and vanilla extract.


Blend on high until smooth and creamy.


Add a few ice cubes and blend again if desired.


Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
